Cancellation
While I understand that life is full of the unexpected, time is valuable whether it is mine or another clients. There are fees with cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling if not giving notice within a certain time frame of your appointment. I kindly request at least 72 hours' notice for appointment cancelations, and 24 hours’ notice to reschedule so I can accommodate other clients. To cancel or reschedule, please use the online portal, call or text me, or email hello@clcosmetics.com. Please note that I charge for these occurrences as so if not given proper notice: Cancelation and no shows- 100% of booked service cost, Rescheduling- 50% of booked service cost. Any cancellation or no show on a service that requires a deposit will result in the forfeit of that deposit as well. While these fees are in place per the cancelation policy, I do not charge for being late to appointments, however if you are 15 minutes or later your service may be shortened or need to be rescheduled which may then result in a charge for the rescheduling fee. Please also keep in mind that repeatedly being late and repeated last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or reschedules may result in restrictions on future booking privileges to ensure fairness to all clients.
